Affordable hotel in a great area of Kuala Lumpur. Brand-new room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Location is perfect. Not directly in the middle of the pubs en clubs. It take takes only 5 min to get there. Hop on hop off city tour bus stop just located outside. The people are very friendly. The lady who's working at the counter seems a bit arrogant at the beginning, but once you get to know here she's very kind and always greeting you. This hotel is good if you like clubbing and don't want to take a cab back. I have a good stay.

Wifi is very poor. Only get a connection at the lobby. Room is not that soundproof. Bathroom is leaking. For the price and location I accept that. They also have a policy: no visitors are allowed after 12 at night but that seems to be no problem at all.

The location was very starategic, easy access and it staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room are too small and no wardrobe for putting clothes.

This place is situated right by the monorail station and Go KL bus stop, as well as close to shops. the rooms here offer great value, are brand-new, come with Wi-Fi, toiletries, and a hot shower.

everything was perfect, including welcoming staff and fantastic location close to bar street. brand-new, great value for money room with the condition. location very close to jalan alor-a great food market street, the establishment, and the major sights. cheap food in the restaurants such as sk corner, located 5 min away.

I appreciated the breakfast, the food was delicious. Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with hot shower and aircon, for instance, it worked well for me.

We stayed at Star Castle for 3 nights during our visit to Kuala Lumpur. The staff, particularly Ali, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information about the area. The hotel's location was perfect, with an abundance of street food, bars, and easy access to transportation. We were able to explore Chinatown and the KLCC area on foot. The room itself was clean, functional, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The dark walls and blackout blind ensured a peaceful night's sleep, even in the heart of the city!

The staff here were really friendly and went out of their way to help me out. My room was basic but had everything I needed, like toiletries and fast Wi-Fi 🌟.

The location of the hotel was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street but still close to all the action. The free glass bottle of water in the lobby was a great eco-friendly touch. I would highly recommend Star Castle for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel's location is fantastic, near the bustling Alor Street that has great bars and food options. It's easy to reach other areas too, thanks to its proximity to the Bukit Bintang metro station. the rooms were adequate and comfortable.

Some rooms may have unpleasant scents and the place could benefit from better ventilation.

We loved this hotel! It was clean, had great facilities, and was located near Alor street, the night market, and the subway. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist us, even allowing us to change our arrival date due to travel delays. The hotel's strategic location is a dream for exploring the city, with a subway station just a stone's throw away. Plus, the hotel provides free drinking water, making it so convenient. We loved being close to everything, especially the fantastic dining experiences nearby on Jalan Alor.

Situated in the heart of a bustling neighbourhood, I had easy access to public transport and was close to everything I wanted to explore in Kuala Lumpur. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were excellent, especially considering the value for money. From the cozy rooms to the delicious breakfast options, this hotel left no stone unturned in providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us complementary snacks on arrival and providing us with excellent tips on where to go in the area. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to public transportation. the air conditioning in the room was a great relief from the hot and humid weather.

There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. the cleanliness could have been better, as the room had a slightly musty smell, and some of the bathroom fixtures were not in great condition.
